Itinerary
- Arrived at Delhi meet our representative and proceed to Manali. Arrived at Manali check-in at your hotel. Evening will be at leisure. You can walk on the Mall Road. Dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
- Morning breakfast, you will head out for a local sightseeing tour of Manali where you will be visiting Hadimba Temple which is an ancient cave temple believed to be 500 years old, Manu temple, Buddhist monasteries, and the Vashisht temple where you can enjoy hot water springs. After that you can also explore the Club House, Tibetan Monastery and Van Vihar. Later in the evening can go to Manali Mall Road and go for Cafe hopping in Old Manali. Return to hotel for stay.
- Today morning post breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Kaza, famous town in Spiti Valley. On the way to Kaza you will pass through Rohtang Pass, Atal Tanal and drive into brown-badland landscape and approach Chattru and Batal. Visit the Kunzum Pass, at 14,931 feet, before stopping at Losar Village, the first village of Spiti Valley. Move ahead to Kaza, pre-booked hotel. Spend the night in Kaza hotel.
- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast get ready to explore Kaza. Drive towards Aisa highest suspension bridge The Chicham Bridge, then visit the Key Monastery (world famous center for Buddhist learning that is situated at the top of the mountains), Komik (world highest village connected by motorable roads it also known as eye of a snow cock). Then proceed to Hikkim, world highest post office. Enjoy sunset at Langza village with massive Buddha statue. Return back to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.
- After breakfast leave for an excursion to Tabo, first visit the Tabo Monastery(1020 years old Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO heritage site blending Tibetan, Indian, and Kashmiri influences.) and Dhankar Monastery. Then explore the Pin Valley. At last, visit the Kungri Monastery, the last motorable village in the Pin Valley. Later return to Kaza hotel for overnight stay.
- Morning breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Chandratal Lake, which is located at Kaza-Manali road. Chandratal lake framed by the Chandra Bhaga mountain, with light reflection it changes its appearance throughout the day. The water of the lake is crystal clear. In the night you will witness the galaxy full of stars with your naked eyes. Check in to your pre-booked camps near Chandratal Lake for an overnight stay.
- Note : Best time to visit Chandratal Lake is Mid June- September. Rest all there is snow.
- Morning after breakfast check out from the campsite and drive to Manali. On arrival at Manali do check in at the hotel and rest you can explore the local market. Overnight stay at Manali.
- Wake up early in the morning have your breakfast and check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi, to board the flight or train to your onward journey. Take back memories of Spiti valley.
