Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Ahmedabad
- Arrive at Ahmedabad Airport/Railway Station, and you will drive to hotel. On arrival do check in formalities and relax for some time. Later you will visit the places starting first from Gandhinagar, Sabarmati Ashram (Closed on Monday), Adalaj Stepwell, Swaminarayan Akshardham temple (Closed on Monday). Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
Day 2: Ahmedabad – Ambaji – Ahmedadabad ( 185 kms : 3.30 hrs One Way)
- After breakfast, drive to Ambaji to visit Ambaji Mata Temple which is a major Shaktipeeth of India. In the holy temple of “Arasuri Ambaji”, there is no image or statue of goddess there is only the holy “Shree Visa Yantra” is worshiped as the main deity. After darshan return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3: Ahmedabd – Matrugaya – Patan – Modhera – Ahmedabad (100 kms : 3 hrs One Way)
- Morning after breakfast, visit Temples in Matru Gaya and then go to Patan to visit the Rani ki Vav and Sahastralinga Talav. Later we drive to Modhera. Modhera is situated on the banks of the River Pushpavati. This place world-famous Sun temple and is the best example of the Solanki temple architecture. Later return to Ahmedabad for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Ahmedabad – Rajkot (220 kms : 4hrs)
- After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Rajkot. On reaching at Rajkot do check in at the hotel and then visit the most beautiful temple BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Iskon Temple where people do practice of bhakti-yoga. Center there is temple of Hare Krishna known as Sri Sri Radha Neelmadhav Dham, Bhootnath Mahadev Temple and Jagat Mandir. Later return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5: Rajkot – Dwarka (235 kms : 4hrs)
- After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to directly to Dwarka. Reaching at Dwarka, check in at the hotel and relax. Later visit is the Dwarkadhish Temple, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and Nageshwar Shiva Temple, return back hotel for overnight stay at Dwarka.
Day 6: Dwarka – Bet Dwarka – Dwarka (35 kms : 1 hrs One Way)
- After breakfast, you will proceed to Bhait Dwarika. You will visit the places like Rukshamanee Mandir, Gomti Ghat, Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Mandir, Sudama Setu (Sudama Bridge), Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Dwarka and Gopi Talab. Later return to the hotel and overnight stay at Dwarka.
Day 7: Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (240 kms: 5 hrs)
- After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Somnath. En-route visit to Kirti Mandir and Sudama Setu at Porbandar. Proceed to Somnath on arrival at the hotel do check in formalities and relax. Then visit Shree Somnath Jyotirling Temple, situated by the side of sea. Later return to hotel for overnight stay at Somnath.
Day 8: Somnath To Junagadh (95 kms : 02.30 hrs)
- Morning breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Junagadh. En-route at Girnar, you can visit the Lord Bhagwan Dattatreya Paduka Darshan at the top of the hill to reach there one has to climb 9999 steps. Later drive to hotel for overnight stay at Junagadh.
Day 9: Junagadh – Palitana – Bhavnagar ( 220 kms : 5 hrs)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and en route to visit the Shatrunjaya Teerth or Pilgrimage of the Palitana Jain Temples. To reach the Palitana Jain Temple you will have to short trek up to the hilltop of Mount Shatrunjaya. Later drive to Bhavnagar, check into hotel and overnight stay.
Day 10: Bhavnagar Sightseeing
- After breakfast, get ready for sightseeing trip of Bhavnagar where you can visit places like Takhteshwar Temple, Victoria Park, Khodiyar Mandir, Nishkalang Mahadev Temple and Blackbuck National Park. Return back to hotel and overnight stay.
Day 11: Bhavnagar – Vadodara (210 kms : 4 hrs)
- After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Vadodara. On arrival, do check in formalities and relax for some time. After rest later proceed to visit Sarangpur Hanuman Temple. Evening return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 12: Vadodara – Pavagadh – Champaner – Vadodara (50 kms : 1.30hrs One Way)
- After breakfast, proceed to visit Pavagadh hill, Champaner. The Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later evening return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 13: Vadodara Sightseeing & Departure
- Today is the last day of Gujarat Temple Darshan, have your breakfast, check out from hotel and visit Laxmi Villas Palace, Baroda Museum, Iskon Temple and Sayaji Garden and later drop at Vadodara Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
