Day 1 : Arrival Kochi – Alleppey (90 Kms : 3 hrs)

Arrive at Kochi international airport / Ernakulam Railway Station start, the driver will pick you from and we drive to pre-booked hotel in Alleppey . Arriving at the hotel complete the check in formalities, relax for some time. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Alleppey Sightseeing

After the breakfast today we go to visit Marari Beach, Alappuzha Beach. In the evening enjoy the boat ride at Backwater (Direct Payment basis). Later return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Alleppey – Kumarakom (30 Kms : 1 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel and post check-out formalities and we drive towards Kumarakom. Upon arrival, check-in to the resort and relax. After relaxing we can visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and Vembanad lake later in the evening we return to resort for overnight stay.

Day 4 : Depart to Kumarakom – Kochi (90 Kms : 3 hrs)

Today after breakfast we check-out from the hotel and drive to Kochi Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station to board the flight / train for your onward journey.

Price

  • Advance Booking Amount ₹ 20,000 Per Person (non-refundable and non-transferable).
  • 20 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.
  • 10 days or less before departure: 100% of the package cost.


Terms & Conditions

  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is totaly depend hotel.
  • Rooms are mention in all above-mentioned hotel are on base category which are subject to availability at the time of bookings. Rooms may can upgraded by paying extra additional payment at the time of bookings.
  • Rooms at all the hill stations are non-A/C Rooms if A/C rooms required will be additional.
  • In case hotels are unavailable then we provide similar category hotels and it will be update to the guest too.
  • In case if similar category hotel is not available, higher category hotel / rooms will be suggested to the guest that will be at additional cost and above finalized quote.
  • We don’t book the room in advance which we have mentioned in the packages, thus room rates can increase at the time of final booking.
  • Given cost in the package is tentative and can change in taxes/ services provided.
  • Vehicle used in tour packages are A/c Vehicle. A/c will be turned off during the hill terrains & drives.
  • All domestic Hotel & Transport rates of any other service mentioned in the packages are mentioned on the current tariff and will be change without prior notifications. The revised rates will be charged extra.
  • The Itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • For paid activity which is not done due to any reasons will be process refund & amount against the activity will be refund to the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
  • Any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Traveloi Holiday India Private Limited(THIPL) & guest , so no refund will be processed.
  • Any entrance fee, parking, driver allowances and guide charged are not included in the display packages.
  • Booking rates can be changed without any prior notice.
  • Airlines seats & hotel rooms are subject to availability while booking.
  • In case while you are cancelling the package due to natural calamity, weather condition or any personal reasons etc. Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd give you the maximum possible refund according the payment and our cancellation policy.
  • Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time due to reasons such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs & festivals, weather conditions, traffic, hotels overbooking, flights cancellation & re-scheduling of flights, entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. We will make our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, there will be no refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Package booking price does not include expanses such as personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
  • Package price does not include and food that is not mention in the inclusions or any special days such as New Year & Christmas. We will communicate the same while booking the packages. As we not have information about the hotel for special days all the time.
  • Any query regarding cancellation and refunds please check our cancellation policy.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun Uttarakhand.
  • Check-in time on a houseboat is 12 pm and check-out time is 9:00 am.
  • Munnar does not have AC Rooms.
  • Hotel allocated in Munnar is far away from city and local markets.
  • No sightseeing will be done while guest is staying at houseboat.


    Cancellation Policy

    In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :
    • 45 days prior to arrival : 25% of the Initial deposit amount.
    • 25 days prior to arrival : 50% of the Tour / service cost charge as penalty.
    • 10 days prior to arrival: 100% Tour / service cost charge as penalty.
    Note : Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on the next working day (Monday). For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
    In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
